Fit to Care: talking heads (part 1)

Posted on: 25 Jan 2019

The National Review of Asthma Deaths reports unwarranted variation in the standard of respiratory care. This variation is partly a consequence of inadequate training of those clinicians asked to provide the care.

Ren Lawlor, author of Fit to Care, explains how the document supports all clinicians to look at their roles, ask themselves if they have the necessary skills and request training. This video complements another resource, narrated by Daryl Freeman, that demonstrates its impact on commissioning.
