Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) toolkit

ASH have produced a report on the contribution of smoking to the social care bill in England.

Smoking not only contributes to the social care bill but also has a significant impact on the well-being of smokers.

A toolkit that estimates social care costs incurred at regional, county and district level by tobacco dependency accompanies this report.
