Marc Krishek
Workforce, Training and Contract Lead for NE London LPC
Biography
Marc Krishek has extensive experience of over thirty years leading, managing and teaching in a number of further education colleges. He has been in charge of diverse teams of staff providing a positive learning experience and learning outcomes to students.
Marc then moved into healthcare five years ago, where he has utilised this experience in his current position as the workforce, training and contract lead for the NE London LPC. He has been actively involved with multi-disciplinary learning to support behaviour change. He is on the board of a number of Community Education Provider Networks (now called Training Hubs). He is a member of a number of different working groups looking at the future workforce as part of the Long Term Plan.
Projects he has been involved in include diabetes, respiratory, apprenticeships, mental health to name a few. Marc has greatly enjoyed working with pharmacists and is inspired by their enthusiasm and willingness to continue to learn and deliver innovation.

Pete Szczepanski
Pharmacist and Advanced Clinical Practitioner
Biography
Pete has been a qualified pharmacist for 28 years. He worked as Chief Officer for Dudley LPC for 4 years and has vast experience of Community Pharmacy.
Currently, Pete works as a Clinical Lead in Alcohol and Substance Use in Worcestershire and for a Private Detox Facility. He also works in Out of Hours as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner and is on the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur’s Programme.
Pete Lecturers at Aston University to the 4th Year Pharmacy Undergraduate students and has also taught on the Masters Advanced Clinical Practitioner Course at the University of Birmingham on the Leadership module.
Pete is a firm believer in upskilling and developing new services which are patient centred and improve the patient experience in the healthcare domain.

Stephanie Bancroft
Community Pharmacist and Lead for RPS LNW
Biography
Stephanie Bancroft is a Community Pharmacist based in North West London. Stephanie is the Lead for the Royal Pharmaceutical Society North West London (RPS LNW) area covering Harrow, Hillingdon, Brent and Ealing. She is also a member of Brent & Harrow LPC.
As the Lead for RPS LNW Stephanie organises regular educational events which support Continuing Professional Development for revalidation and has led award winning community pharmacy projects.
Stephanie has worked on respiratory projects since 2014 including Lung Cancer Awareness and COPD and the outcomes of the RPS LNW COPD Project have been used as a case study by NHS RightCare. Other RPS LNW projects include Parkinson’s Disease and Glaucoma. The RPS LNW Asthma Project is currently being undertaken in 25 community pharmacies in the locality.
Stephanie is the Vice-Chair of the newly formed Parkinson’s Disease Specialist Pharmacy Network.

Fin Mc Caul
Long-Term Conditions Lead
Biography
Fin Mc Caul is currently the Long-Term Conditions Lead for Bury CCG. He works with GPs, primary care providers and secondary care providers to improve the pathways for clinicians and outcomes for patients. The focus is on collaboration and integration, ensuring the commissioner gets best value and the patients get the best care.
Graduated from the Liverpool School of Pharmacy in 1986, he has practiced pharmacy for most of his career and is also Managing Director of Prestwich Pharmacy in Manchester. Fin was a past founder and Chairman of the Independent Pharmacy Federation and now represents Pharmacists on PSNC.
Fin was awarded fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society in 2016 for his service to pharmacy.

Hetal Dhruve
Specialist Respiratory Pharmacist and Clinical Respiratory Lead
Biography
Hetal Dhruve is a specialist respiratory pharmacist and is the Clinical Respiratory Lead for City and Hackney CCG. She works across the borough seeing high risk asthma and COPD patients, as well as supporting her colleagues in primary care to improve the quality of care for respiratory patients.
She has a clinical diploma and MSc in pharmacy practice and is a certified practitioner for spirometry testing and interpretation (Level 3). Additionally, as well as teaching the multidisciplinary team in City and Hackney, Hetal is part of the education committee at the PCRS and teaches undergraduate pharmacy students at Kings, pre-registration students at UEA and post graduate pharmacists and physiotherapists at UCL.

Dominika Froehlich-Jeziorek
Clinical Pharmacist
Biography
Dominika Froehlich-Jeziorek is a clinical pharmacist from North West England.
She is an independent prescriber, a lead for asthma and COPD in the practice, and runs clinics for complex polypharmacy and chronic pain patients. She has extensive experience working at a community pharmacy and CCG level around medicines optimisation agenda. Over the years, she has acquired a very good understanding of the changing nature of general practice and the challenges it faces by working in practices of various sizes across Lancashire and Merseyside.
She is passionate about clinical education and is working within the pharmaceutical industry to develop and deliver high-quality and accessible training for primary care professionals. Her main mission is to improve outcomes for patients through the joint working at the neighbourhood level and the development of integrated services.

Finlay Royle
Senior Clinical Commissioning Pharmacist
Biography
Finlay Royle, MPharm, MSc, MRPharmS, is an NHS pharmacist. He works as a Senior Clinical Commissioning Pharmacist for Lambeth CCG, and is also a NICE Medicines and Prescribing Associate. His main interest is in Long Term Conditions and Medicines Optimisation. In addition to supporting the medicines optimisation strategy in Lambeth, he leads on whole system respiratory pathway commissioning across Lambeth, working with Dr Azhar Saleem and the local integrated respiratory team. He also is the lead pharmacist for the Lambeth Training Hub, providing leadership around education and training for pharmacists working in primary care.
Finlay is additionally the chair of the South London practice forum of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, which provides members with networking, professional development and support for revalidation.
